Place the Back Cover: Carefully position the back cover onto the TV and secure it with the screws. Tighten the screws appropriately, avoiding over-tightening to prevent damage. Power ON the TV: Plug in the TV and turn it on. Check the screen for any remaining white spots. The LCD (liquid crystal display) sets on top of the white duffuser panel where the light passes through the LCD creating the picture for the screen. When the reflectors fall off the LED lights, the bright light from the LEDs appear as a white rings or spots on the screen. You have two options if the screen is not under warranty, pay to have it

After watching a troubleshooting video by ShopJimmy.com, i discovered there is still a picture but no backlighting. On the video it recommended that the led driver board be replaced to fix the issue. I have replaced the old hybrid power supply/LED driver board in the TV with a new one and this did not solve the problem.
The power board model is BN44-00774A. Backlight should light up with the main board cable disconnected from the power supply. If they don't, suspect LED strips though shorted LEDs have been known to cause failure in Samsung power supplies as well. Tricky to confirm without a LED tester. Tried, no backlight.
